Our Retail Team is responsible for ensuring that our customers’ needs are met in a friendly and knowledgeable environment. Whether in a customer-facing or inventory role, each team member works together to provide a great customer experience. Some of the key roles in retail are:
Patient Services Advocate (Budtender) – The Patient Services Agent directly impacts the experience of our customers, providing them with education and top-notch customer service.
Order Fulfillment – Our Order Fulfillment staff is responsible for filling patient orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to all company, local, state, and federal laws and policies.
